Over the past 24 years, I’ve led large teams and managed complex operations — both in the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. I’ve had the opportunity to scale ventures from the ground up, take one of them public, and more recently, focus on building a mission-driven platform in the healthcare space.
But somewhere along this fast-paced journey, I realized the need for a space to truly de-stress — to step away from the noise and reconnect with myself. And that kind of space doesn’t exist within the city limits.
I found my answer in the serene landscapes of the Western Ghats. I purchased a piece of agricultural land, began developing it gradually, and started building my own farmhouse. What I discovered there wasn’t just a physical retreat — it was a personal transformation. A space that brought clarity, calm, and a deeper connection to nature and to myself.
Let’s connect
As word spread, I helped a few close friends buy land in the region. Each time, I realized their biggest concern echoed my own — “Is this trustworthy?”
Everyone feared ending up in a “Khosla Ka Ghosla” scenario.
That’s when it struck me: Trust and Transparency are everything in farmland purchases.
I’d built trusted relationships with local farmers and landowners. I understood the legal, regulatory, and emotional journey of acquiring agricultural land. I realized I could help others — the kind of people I’d love to have as neighbours.
That’s how Prakriti was born.
